Seeking a highly skilled IT Network Manager to lead the management and optimization of our client's IT communication systems. This includes overseeing Cisco networking infrastructure, VoIP systems, and cloud-based solutions. The ideal candidate will also play a key role in driving IT communication projects, ensuring that each initiative is aligned with business goals, cost-efficient, and compliant with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the client's IT network infrastructure, including Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless controllers. Administer and troubleshoot VoIP platforms, call center systems, and related technologies to ensure seamless communication. Deploy and maintain cloud-based systems (e.g., AWS, Azure), ensuring high performance, security, and cost efficiency. Lead and manage IT communication projects from planning through to execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that address business needs. Maintain network security best practices, including TCP/IP, SIP, QoS, MPLS, SD-WAN, and VPN technologies. Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory standards, particularly in the banking/financial services sector. Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT communication systems, networking, or a related field. In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Cisco networking products (routers, switches, firewalls). Expertise in VoIP systems and troubleshooting, with familiarity in call center technologies. Proficiency in managing cloud solutions, including AWS and Azure. Strong technical understanding of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, SIP, QoS, MPLS, and SD-WAN. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. Proven ability to manage complex IT projects, with experience leading initiatives from start to finish. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences. Desired Qualifications:

Experience in the banking or financial services industry. Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and best practices. Familiarity with compliance standards for financial institutions. Certifications such as CCNA or CCNP, PMP, or similar. Experience with Active Directory, EntraID, SSO, MFA, and mobile device management solutions. Proficiency with Microsoft Office/O365, Mac OSX, and Windows operating systems.
