Responsibilities
Support multiple properties within the Kendall and Wynwood areas.
Convert leads into community tours by following up with prospects and providing helpful information about the community and neighborhood.
Conduct informative and personalized tours of the apartment community that result in new leases.
Build brand loyalty by ensuring the resident experience is consistently stellar.
Generate awareness, interest and excitement via social media.
Work weekends when prospective residents are out looking for their new home—three weekends per month with two days off during the week.

Proficiency with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram) and a passion to create engaging content.

Compensation & Benefits
This position is eligible for additional bonus opportunities.
Salary range: $48,000—$50,000 USD.
