Pay: $18.25/hr
1st Shift Available
As a Logistics Clerk, you'll manage all aspects of inbound and outbound shipping operations. This includes preparing documentation, coordinating freight, quoting, billing, and ensuring accurate, on-time deliveries. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills are essential. This role also serves as a backup to the Shipping & Receiving Clerk, and forklift certification is required within 90 days of hire.
Responsibilities:
Manage incoming and outgoing shipments, including quoting, dispatching, tracking, and billing. Coordinate with manufacturing and sales to prepare and ship customer orders. Schedule freight, prepare UPS and international shipping documents. Monitor logistics metrics and support process improvement s. Assist with loading/unloading freight and provide backup support. Perform other tasks as assigned. Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required. Prior manufacturing or logistics experience preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong math and attention to detail. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and work independently. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet during 8+ hour shifts. Forklift certification required within 90 days of hire.
