We’re looking for a strategic and data-driven GTM Operations & Strategy Director to partner with the GTM team (Pre-Sale, Post Sale) as well as Finance, Product and Customer Support, to design, optimize, and execute our go-to-market engine. This role blends operational excellence with strategic data driven thinking to ensure our teams are aligned, productive, and hitting revenue targets. You will own key GTM initiatives — from capacity planning to process design, Quota and incentive design as well as leading the forecast approach ensuring decisions are based on data and grounded in scalable best practices. This role reports directly to the VP Revenue Operations. RESPONSIBILITIES

Data Insights Identify, define and structure metric and data inputs that will help drive revenue generation in pre-sale as well as post sale Review, analyze and challenge data collected regarding the GTM operations, you raise and explore hypothesis to optimize GTM productivity Work closely with the data team to provide insights to GTM leaders. Analyze unit economics associated with existing segmentation to identify potential optimization to market segmentation. Process Impacting GTM Productivity & Efficiency Identify gaps in data collected and processes used by GTM, and collaborate with Pre-Sale and Post Sale Revenue Operations team members to drive changes to implement such processes changes. Identify gaps in Pontera’s product that impact GTM productivity, and work with the Product organization to drive removal of such gaps Build business cases for new growth initiatives and GTM experiments. Analyze funnel metrics across the buyer journey to identify pipeline health levels, gaps and opportunities In collaboration with other Revenue Operations members, drive programs to improve lead conversion, pipeline velocity, and retention Forecast Lead the challenging of the forecasting model and process to drive improved, accurate and quick forecast process Lead the GTM forecast process, in collaboration with Revenue Operations Pre-Sale and Post-Sale team members Quota & Incentive Plans Work closely with GTM leadership, Revenue Operations team members and finance to design quotas and incentive plans to meet GTM goals Cross-Functional Leadership Collaborate with Finance, GTM Leadership and other Revenue Operations team members to challenge existing segmentation, and develop GTM strategy related to segmentation and channel strategy Translate high-level company strategy into actionable, measurable GTM plans REQUIREMENTS

8-10 years of experience in GTM strategy, revenue operations, or management consulting with GTM focus Strong analytical skills; expert in Excel/Sheets and proficient using BI tools (Looker, Tableau, etc.) Experience with Salesforce CRM and GTM tools (Marketo, Gong, etc.). Proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Strategic thinker who’s also comfortable rolling up their sleeves to execute. Experience in SaaS or high-growth tech companies High level of financial modeling and forecasting Familiarity with the wealth management industry - a plus WHAT WE OFFER
