Our client is seeking a
Client Services Representative
to join their collaborative team in Owings Mills. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about customer service and interested in textiles and design. The right candidate will bring creativity, focus, and dedication to ensuring clients receive an exceptional experience while supporting the success of the team and facility. Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service to clients via phone and email throughout the order process. Generate quotes, perform stock checks, process orders, and provide tracking updates. Collaborate with sales and internal teams to ensure client needs are met. Review reports and monitor order completion. Manage client expectations with professionalism and proactive solutions. Provide administrative support and assist with daily office operations. Qualifications Associate's degree or equivalent work experience. 2-3 years of experience in customer service or office support. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail; able to manage multiple priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with polished phone and email etiquette. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word); ability to learn new systems. Interest in textiles, design, or creative industries is a plus.
