Position: Human Resources Coordinator Human Resources Department
Hours: Monday-Friday / 8 hrs per day 260 days per school year (247 work days plus 13 paid holidays)
Salary: Confidential/Supervisory Salary Schedule Range 2 Step A-$31.27 to Step E-$35.91) Benefits include various health, dental and vision insurance packages CalPERS Retirement Vacation, Sick Leave, 13 paid holidays, 3 personal business days per year
Qualifications: -Ability to supervise, coordinate, monitor, analyze, administer and research all phases of employment issues including Ed Code, Board Policy, Legal Statutes and interpret Case Law. -A.A. or B.A. / B.S. Degree preferred with appropriate training in Human Resources functions with experience in classified and certificated employees. -Five years of increasing responsible administrative duties including one year handling a personnel program. -Evidence of management of Collective Bargaining Agreement. -Employee relations and support, Workers Compensation / Safety, Information and communications skills. -Ability to pass DOJ Fingerprint Clearance required -TB Clearance required prior to working.
