Key Responsibilities:
Deliver outstanding customer service to exceed client expectations.
Assist customers both in-person and via phone by understanding their requirements and offering suitable products and services.
Establish strong trust-based relationships with both wholesale and retail customers.
Accurately process sales transactions while adhering to company policies and procedures.
Achieve sales goals consistently on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
Maintain organized work order files and product formulas.
Retrieve and stock products from the sales floor or warehouse.
Tint and mix products according to customer specifications as needed.
Keep the store clean and equipment well maintained.
Support inventory control procedures and suggest sales improvement strategies.

Location: You will be primarily working at Stores within 5-10 miles of store #3981, located at: 8400 Germantown Ave. Philadelphia, PA 19118.
Minimum Requirements:
Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. Authorized to work in the country without sponsorship for a work visa. Fluent in reading, writing, comprehending, and communicating in English and Spanish. A valid, unrestricted Driver's License is required. Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation. Willingness to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends. Preferred Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED. At least one (1) year of experience in a retail or customer service position. Previous experience selling paint or related products.
