Bilingual Retail Associate (Spanish)

As a Bilingual Retail Associate at Sherwin-Williams, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with both wholesale and retail customers to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service while helping us meet our sales objectives. Key Responsibilities: Deliver outstanding customer service through friendly, knowledgeable interactions. Assist customers both in-store and over the phone, accurately identifying their needs and suggesting appropriate products. Build and maintain trusting relationships with our customer base. Process sales transactions accurately, following company policies. Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals. Maintain accurate and organized work orders and product formulas. Ensure the sales floor is well-stocked and visually appealing. Mix and tint products to customer specifications as needed. Perform general store maintenance and cleanliness duties. Help with deliveries when necessary. Stay informed about product offerings to provide the best recommendations to customers. Adhere to inventory control procedures and suggest ways to enhance sales. Minimum Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age. Legal authorization to work in the country without sponsorship. Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken. Valid, unrestricted Driver's License. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly and 70 lbs occasionally, with or without accommodation. Willingness to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends, with or without accommodation. Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. One year of experience in retail, customer service, or delivery. Familiarity with paint and paint-related products. Experience with tinting and mixing equipment.
