This role places you at the center of their logistics operations—working closely with internal teams such as Legal, HR, Trade Marketing, International Operations, and Design. You’ll be part of a lively office environment that blends operational precision with the energy of product launches, brand events, and creative collaboration. The Opportunity The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient movement of inventory—from order processing through to delivery—while maintaining the highest levels of accuracy and service. This is a key operational role, requiring strong organizational skills, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: Order & Inventory Management Coordinate point-of-sale (POS) orders, allocating stock and issuing warehouse instructions Maintain accurate inventory levels and supporting documentation Batch and upload orders into the ERP system, ensuring timely processing File claims and process refunds for damaged or missing goods Shipping & Documentation Prepare and review commercial shipping documentation (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading) Quote and coordinate shipments via truck, sea, and air Create FedEx/DHL shipping labels and manage digital SKU assets via Dropbox Vendor & Stakeholder Communication Liaise with suppliers, carriers, and customers to resolve logistics issues Issue timely updates to stakeholders regarding shipment status or delays Review carrier invoices for accuracy and flag discrepancies Administrative Support Perform logistics-related administrative tasks to support the wider operations team Qualifications & Skills: Essential: 2–3 years’ experience in logistics, supply chain, or inventory coordination Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (v-lookup, x-lookup, pivot tables) Import/export experience and familiarity with shipping processes and documentation Strong inventory management and basic financial reconciliation skills Exceptional attention to detail with strong problem-solving capabilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Customer service mindset with a proactive approach ERP system proficiency; NetSuite experience is a plus : Associate’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field Why Join This Team?
