Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and tech-savvy HR Manager to take full ownership of the Human Resources department for our growing ABA company. This role oversees HR compliance, onboarding/offboarding, employee relations, as well as leading a team. The HR Manager will be instrumental in building structure, implementing SOPs, and fostering a supportive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all HR functions, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations
• Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and personnel records
• Develop and implement SOPs to streamline HR operations
• Provide guidance on employee relations and conflict resolution
• Supervise, support, and mentor HR team
• Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals

Qualifications & Must-Haves

• Proven HR management experience (minimum 2–4 years preferred)
• Proficiency in HR software and digital tools
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
• Strong communication, judgment, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
