Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and tech-savvy HR Manager to take full ownership of the Human Resources department for our growing ABA company. This role oversees HR compliance, onboarding/offboarding, employee relations, as well as leading a team. The HR Manager will be instrumental in building structure, implementing SOPs, and fostering a supportive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee all HR functions, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations
Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and personnel records
Develop and implement SOPs to streamline HR operations
Provide guidance on employee relations and conflict resolution
Supervise, support, and mentor HR team
Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals
Qualifications & Must-Haves Proven HR management experience (minimum 2–4 years preferred)
Proficiency in HR software and digital tools
Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
Strong communication, judgment, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
