Overview AAA - The Auto Club Group is seeking ambitious, business-minded, and visionary Entrepreneurial Agency Owners to join our team. This opportunity is for self-motivated, results-driven businesspeople interested in building a profitable, multi-line insurance agency. You’ll bring business or industry-relevant experience and need a level of capital to ensure your agency delivers the service AAA—and our members—expect. You’ll own and grow an insurance agency that serves new and prospective AAA Members, selling property and casualty, life insurance, and AAA memberships along with other products to a well-defined and loyal client base. Products include autos, bicycles, RVs and motorcycles. You’ll offer programs for autos, homes, renters, umbrellas, flood, RV, boat, motorcycle, and specialty vehicles, with access to brokered products from multiple national and regional A-rated carriers to meet diverse needs (varies by state). You’ll also sell term, universal life, whole life, and annuities. AAA Life Insurance Company has an A- rating (Excellent) by A.M. Best. Onboarding and support Step-by-step onboarding includes a detailed deployment plan focused on compliance and successful launch. You will benefit from a mix of in-person and virtual training covering core business skills, sales, customer service, products, and systems. As your business grows, you’ll have access to resources to hire licensed staff, manage financials and cash flows, develop and adapt a business plan, and connect with a network of experienced EAs and business experts. Your AAA recruiter can review specifics with you. Responsibilities Own and grow a multi-line insurance agency serving new and prospective AAA Members. Sell property and casualty coverages (Auto, Home, Renters, Umbrella, Flood, RV, Boat, Motorcycle, and Commercial Lines) and life products (Term, Universal Life, Whole Life) and annuities. Develop a sustainable business with compliant processes aligned to AAA standards. Leverage AAA-provided leads and membership databases to build a client base and drive growth. Collaborate with carriers and brokers to provide a broad range of products and services. Qualifications Entrepreneurial mindset with self-motivation and results-driven approach. Experience in business ownership or insurance industry preferred; capacity to invest capital to launch and sustain the agency. Ability to sell and service multi-line insurance products and AAA memberships to a defined client base. Willingness to comply with AAA protocols, standards, and onboarding requirements.
