Overview This opportunity is for self-motivated, results-driven businesspeople interested in building a profitable, multi-line insurance agency. You’ll bring business or industry-relevant experience, and need a level of capital to ensure your agency delivers the service AAA—and our members—expect. You’ll own and grow an insurance agency that serves new and prospective AAA Members, selling property and casualty, life insurance, and AAA memberships along with other products to a well-defined and loyal client base. Products include autos, bicycles, RVs and motorcycles. Members value AAA for trusted roadside assistance and savings opportunities across dining, shopping, hotels, rentals, travel events, and auto care. Property and casualty products: Auto, Home, Renters, Umbrella, Flood, RV, Boat, Motorcycle, Specialty Vehicles and Commercial Lines. Access to brokered products from multiple national and regional A-rated carriers (varies by state). Life products: Term, Universal Life, Whole Life, and Annuities. AAA Life Insurance Company has an A- rating (Excellent) by AM Best. Responsibilities and onboarding support Onboarding and deployment planning to ensure compliance with AAA protocols and standards. Guide customers through core business skills, sales, customer service, products, and systems through a mix of in-person and virtual training. Leverage lead programs linked to AAA member databases and a network of experienced EAs and business experts to support growth, staffing, financial management, and business planning. Develop and manage a sustainable, profitable multi-line agency aligned with AAA’s member needs. Compensation and growth opportunities 100% incentive-based compensation with competitive new-business and renewal commissions plus bonus programs designed to support agency growth at all stages. Start-Up Bonus, Marketing Reimbursement, and other programs to assist in launching and growing your agency. Strong support throughout the process, including guidance on location placement and compliance with AAA standards. Minimum requirements and qualifications Experience in the insurance industry (property & casualty, life insurance) and a track record in business or industry-relevant roles. Ability to invest capital to establish and grow the agency. Licenses in multiple states (resident and non-resident) where applicable; licenses in 14 states referenced in the description.
