Safety Manager , you will provide expert guidance in all aspects of Environmental Health & Safety. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and local branch leaders to implement proactive safety practices, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote employee wellbeing at every level. This is more than a compliance role - it's an opportunity to shape the safety vision for an entire organization. Responsibilities

Lead and shape MIH’s national safety strategy and drive a strong safety culture across all branches. Partner with leadership to ensure OSHA compliance and facilitate successful inspections and audits. Investigate serious incidents, implement corrective actions, and promote transparency and improvement. Design and implement hazard control strategies, programs, and trainings. Evaluate and enhance safety programs, rules, and equipment across job sites. Monitor and analyze accident trends and develop solutions to mitigate risk. Provide guidance on complex safety issues in the field and on-site. Oversee training documentation and ensure third-party compliance standards are met. Collaborate with insurance providers, trade groups, and industry professionals to stay ahead of trends. Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Safety, Engineering, or Industrial Hygiene (required) CIH or CSP certification (preferred) OSHA 500/501 Certification (preferred) 7-10 years of construction safety experience Union experience and multi-branch leadership experience required Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and proven ability to lead compliance efforts 2–3 years of Safety-specific training delivery What You Bring

Excellent interpersonal skills Ability to influence at all levels of an organization Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) Able to sit, stand, walk as required Ability to travel 20-30% of the time Comfortable with a Hybrid schedule in our Orange, CA office The estimated pay range for this position starts at $140,000. The salary listed is an estimate and is not guaranteed. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
