Senior Executive Consultant at Renard International

A prestigious luxury hotel in Florida part of a global luxury brand is seeking an accomplished Italian Restaurant Executive Chef with Michelin-level experience preferred or equivalent environment to lead its signature Italian dining venue. This role requires a culinary visionary who excels in the art of authentic Italian cuisine and understands the refined expectations of an elite clientele. The successful candidate will be a U.S. citizen, Green Card or Permanent Resident, possess a deep knowledge of regional Italian cooking traditions, and demonstrate exceptional leadership in a high-end hospitality environment. Qualifications

U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Resident or Green Card status is required; preference given to Florida-based candidates (relocation package available for the right individual). Minimum 8–10 years of culinary experience, including at least 3–5 years leading an Italian fine dining kitchen, preferably in a Michelin-starred or equivalent environment. Demonstrated mastery of regional Italian cuisines (e.g., Emilia-Romagna, Campania, Sicily, Piedmont) and traditional cooking techniques. Culinary degree from a recognized institution is preferred but not mandatory with sufficient high-level experience. Proven ability to deliver outstanding guest experiences in luxury hospitality or top-tier standalone restaurants. English fluency required; Italian language skills are a plus. Key Responsibilities

Develop and oversee the execution of an innovative, seasonally driven Italian menu grounded in authenticity and aligned with Michelin-level standards. Manage all kitchen operations within the Italian restaurant, ensuring seamless service, top-tier food quality, and operational efficiency. Source premium ingredients—both imported and local—to ensure flavor integrity and freshness, maintaining strong relationships with trusted vendors. Lead, mentor, and inspire the culinary brigade, fostering a culture of excellence, precision, and continual development. Monitor budgets, food costs, and inventory levels to maintain profitability without compromising quality. Very Generous base salary range of $150,000 USD Full executive incentive and benefits package including signing Bonus.
