What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Continuously develop new business and maintain relationships with existing clients - Meet all sales KPIs and achieve financial goals, delivering target revenue and profit quarterly - Build strong relationships with key clients and account contacts - Drive new sales through various prospecting methods, including leads and referrals - Create and implement strategic marketing and account plans to maximize revenue
What is Required (Qualifications): - Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or equivalent (MBA preferred) is a plus - Over $5MM in recorded invoiced sales or 10+ years of experience in sales - Proven track record of securing new business and achieving sales targets - Experience with sales prospecting and CRM tools such as Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and HubSpot - Strong communication skills to effectively engage with management, clients, and internal departments
