10+ years of sales leadership experience, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or payments Proven track record of scaling and leading high-performing sales teams and driving significant revenue growth Strong knowledge of enterprise sales cycles, pipeline management, and forecasting Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred) How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
