Job Title: General Sales Manager

As a General Sales Manager, the role will be responsible for driving sales performance to ensure the sales team meets and exceeds company expectations. Represent as a role model to excel in an outstanding guest experience, work with the General Store Manager, and lead sales initiatives. Co-lead an exceptional guest in-store experience with a results-driven mindset to coach and train the sales team on performance of standard KPIs to lead sales targets. Responsibilities: Increase profitability and customer loyalty to ensure KPI performance and company standards meet or exceed expectations. Serve as manager on duty in the absence of the General Store Manager, facilitating departmental goals, meetings, performance improvement plans, and other HR functions. Co-lead KPI management to meet sales targets, gross margin, net promoter score, and sales per hour. Maintain knowledge of company products, store procedures, and promotions, including compliance. Interact with guests to positively impact the sales process and ensure guest satisfaction. Stay informed on market trends, environment, and competitive marketplace. Ensure deployment of company standards and foster a positive working environment to build a strong, rewarding culture. Participate actively in meetings, training, and educational activities. Coach and develop associates through continuous training to enhance overall sales performance. Qualifications: Associate degree in Business Administration or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience in store operations. Understanding of incentive and commission-based environments. Effective time management, organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. Ability to adapt to changing business demands. Willingness to work extended hours and weekends to support store operations.
