Supervise the team in providing best-in-class culinary experiences. Coach and develop the team and drive Associate engagement. Delegate tasks and ensure timely, quality execution. Demonstrate Topgolf’s Core Values: Fun, One Team, Excellence, Edgy Spirit and Caring. Monitor inventory and purchase product; manage food and labor costs within budget (COGS). Select and develop recipes for corporate approval; standardize production recipes for consistency. Establish presentation techniques and maintain quality standards. Plan and cost menus for special events and chef’s choice menus. Ensure proper equipment operation and maintenance; oversee safety and sanitation in the kitchen. Oversee either day-to-day line operations or events execution. Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years in culinary management. Proven ability to develop a culinary team. Bachelor’s degree or related culinary degree preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Physical requirements: ability to stand and move for duration of shift; ability to lift up to 50 lb; ability to work in high-temperature conditions (up to 100 degrees) for extended periods. Compensation
Annual Base Salary: $77,000+ based on experience. Position also includes competitive quarterly bonus structure, merit plan, full benefits, 401K with company match, and a lucrative PTO package.
Annual salary ranges listed: 51,200.00 - 56,850.00 - 62,500.00 USD Annual (as posted). What We’re Looking For
