Responsibilities
Coordinate with household staff, vendors, and service providers to ensure efficient operations.
Manage household and office inventories, procuring necessary supplies.
Oversee a dynamic schedule, arranging appointments, meetings, and engagements.
Plan complex domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and detailed itineraries.
Prepare travel documentation, such as visas and passports, and coordinate logistics.
Organize private gatherings, dinner parties, and special events, liaising with chefs, florists, caterers, and vendors.
Oversee personalized gifting and high-end procurement.
Perform local driving for errands, shopping, or household needs.
Manage vendor relationships, approve invoices, and ensure thorough vetting for maintenance services.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
5–10 years of experience in property management, personal assistance, or a related role.
Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and adaptability to new technologies.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
