Responsibilities:
Customer facing (Weekly Service review meeting, CoE, Business meeting), Support AH Labware web application, Incident, change, problem management, Bug fixes, minor enhancements. Business requirements optimization. nalyse and document customer requirements and business process. Configure the lab Ware LIMS solution to meet the customer needs. ssist with the validation and testing stages. bility to work with minimal supervision and provide direction to customers. Learn industry specific processes, requirements and operations; specialise through career progression. Requirements:
Proven Lab Ware LIMS experience. Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical industry experience and in laboratory systems. Knowledge transfer/upskilling of Labware 8 functionality. Serve as the primary point of contact for lab Ware LIMS-related inquiries, troubleshooting, and enhancements. Provide expert guidance on system configuration, customization, and best practices. Configure and customize lab Ware LIMS to meet specific laboratory workflows and compliance standards. Integrate laboratory instruments seamlessly with the LIMS system. Understanding of relational database and structured query language (SQL). Knowledge in laboratory or quality control (QC) processes. Technical skills including JIRA and Excel Excellent organisational, time management and commitment to delivery. Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and presentation skills.
