Overview

Global LIMS Developer Join us and be part of our dedicated team that provides support for our Laboratories to improve efficiency, reporting and compliance while improving LIMS Platform stability and usability. This opportunity will also provide exposure to our Laboratory Transformation program, a multi-year, phased approach to streamline and standardize our QC labs to prepare each site to a level playing field of maturity for full digitalization, which may require other code and configuration skills (e.g., Python, and scientific apps). Responsibilities

Coordination of Development Resources and Activities. Customize, Configure and Maintain Labware LIMS per Business Requirements. Develop and Maintain Interfaces to Labware LIMS. Perform System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) activities including translation of requirements into Design. Communicate with the Global LIMS Team. Assist with Development and User Acceptance Testing. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 10 years making a difference in a Pharmaceutical, Scientific, Technology, Engineering, and/or Mathematics field. Greater than 3 years software development experience with Labware LIMS Basic. Labware Administration experience with expertise in Labware concepts, including subroutines, calculations, automation scripts, and message engine. Certification in Labware Administration and/or Labware LIMS Basic preferable. Optional experience in other code or configuration software(s). Extensive SQL Knowledge to extract data from Labware. Experience in Pharma Industry and cGMP practices. Experience influencing, navigating complex or matrix organizations and successfully networking and forming partnerships with cross-functional teams. Good Communication Skills including fluency in English. Additional Information

U.S. Hybrid Work Model:

Effective September 5, 2023, employees in office-based positions in the U.S. will be working a Hybrid work schedule consisting of three total days on-site per week, Monday – Thursday, with Friday designated as a remote working day, unless business critical tasks require on-site presence. This model does not apply to field-based, facility-based, manufacturing-based, or fully remote roles, or to positions where the company has determined remote work is not reasonably feasible. Salary Range:

$139,600.00 - $219,700.00. This is the range we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of posting. An employee’s position within the range will be based on factors including education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business needs.
