Food Service Director
to lead our dietary team. The Food Service Director is responsible for overseeing all aspects of food service operations, including meal planning, compliance with dietary guidelines, staff supervision, and ensuring a high-quality dining experience for residents. Responsibilities
Overseeing daily operations of the dietary department Managing and training dietary staff Ensuring compliance with state, federal, and facility guidelines Planning and implementing nutritious, appealing menus Maintaining a safe, sanitary, and efficient kitchen environment Qualifications
Previous experience working in a
skilled nursing facility (SNF)
strongly preferred ServSafe Certification required Proven leadership and management skills Strong knowledge of dietary regulations and food safety standards Excellent organizational and communication skills Why Join Us
