Job Summary Allstate Investments’ Global Research group is seeking an associate analyst to join our credit research team as a generalist supporting high yield and CLO mandates. This opportunity is intended for undergraduate students graduating in Spring 2026. The associate analyst role supports the analyst team in underwriting credit investments and making recommendations based on a thorough understanding of industry and company fundamentals, as well as valuation. The process is team-oriented, so the ability to work well within the group is critical. The goal of the research team is to deliver the best possible results for our clients. This job involves building financial models, developing investment themes, credit analysis, and communicating recommendations.
This role is part of Allstate Investments' two-year development program designed to cultivate future leaders in asset management. While the position is a two-year role, strong performers may be offered the opportunity to transition to a career-track opportunity. Successful associate candidates have transitioned to roles at competitive firms, corporate development, and matriculated to top business schools. Key Responsibilities
Support senior analysts with quantitative and qualitative analysis in underwriting potential investment opportunities through our proprietary credit process, anchored around building bottoms-up, detailed company-specific financial models and forecasts.
Develop a strong understanding of business and industry drivers, competitive positioning, and management strength on an accelerated time frame.
Monitor current investment leads, opine on quarterly operating results, write credit reviews, update financial models, review fundamental and secular outlooks, and monitor changes in prices and spreads.
Contribute to the improvement of the overall investment process by continually exploring new ideas, processes and technologies that benefit the group.
Provide support for internal and external communications as needed.

Skills Compensation Compensation offered for this role is $75,000.00 - 108,750.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
