Allstate Investments is seeking an associate analyst to join the Global Research group as a generalist that supports our high yield and CLO mandates. This opportunity is intended for undergraduate students graduating in Spring 2026. This position is a hybrid role, meaning your schedule may include time in an office setting and time working remotely from your home. The hybrid model provides flexibility and is eligible for a monthly connectivity reimbursement to offset internet and phone expenses. Job Summary Allstate Investments’ Global Research group is seeking an associate analyst to join our credit research team as a generalist that supports high yield and CLO mandates. The associate analyst role supports the analyst team in underwriting credit investments and making recommendations based on industry and company fundamentals, as well as valuation. The process is team-oriented; the goal is to deliver the best possible results for clients. Responsibilities include building financial models, developing investment themes, credit analysis, and communicating recommendations. Key Responsibilities Support senior analysts with quantitative and qualitative analysis in underwriting potential investment opportunities through our proprietary credit process, anchored around building bottoms-up, detailed company-specific financial models and forecasts. Develop a strong understanding of business and industry drivers, competitive positioning, and management strength on an accelerated timeline. Monitor current investment leads, opine on quarterly operating results, write credit reviews, update financial models, review fundamentals and secular outlooks, and monitor changes in prices and spreads. Contribute to the improvement of the overall investment process by continually exploring new ideas, processes, and technologies that benefit the group. Provide support for internal and external communications as needed. Education And Experience Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or economics with strong academic performance Current college senior graduating in Spring 2026 with a bachelor’s degree Functional Skills Strong financial modeling skills with a solid understanding of accounting, finance, and economics Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as a reliable team player, collaborating with a wide range of internal and external colleagues Ability to work independently; efficiently prioritize workstreams Strong work ethic and communication skills Experience leveraging AI tools to optimize results Advanced Excel skills, Bloomberg Compensation Compensation offered for this role is $75,000.00 - 108,750.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
