A Master’s degree in special education, psychology, or related field, with specialized knowledge of behavioral health and treatment philosophies and professional practices BCBA Certification (Required) Possess extensive knowledge and training in behavior analysis Proficiency in patient assessment and diagnostic evaluation Strong data collection and analysis skills Experience in school-based setting preferred but not required W2 Benefits

Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Implement behavior intervention strategies Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and modify treatment plans as needed Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations Join a team that is run by therapists for therapists.
