Role Overview

The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch, ensuring alignment with company objectives related to safety, quality, productivity, and profitability. This role includes full financial management of the branch, including budgeting and P&L oversight, while developing and executing strategic plans to drive sales growth and market expansion. The Branch Manager will also manage labor efficiently, maintain high standards of customer service, and foster strong client relationships. Success in this role will be measured through key performance indicators and overall branch performance. Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership Drive operational excellence across all areas of branch activity

Lead and manage scheduling, project execution, and service delivery

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement improvement plans

Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies

Client Relations & Business Development Build and sustain long-term client relationships

Oversee key accounts and retain/capture revenue opportunities

Support business development and estimating efforts

Ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution

Team Leadership & Talent Development Lead and coach a team of Account Managers and Production Managers

Promote a positive, accountable, and growth-oriented culture

Identify and mentor future leaders through succession planning

Conduct performance evaluations and ongoing development initiatives

Financial Oversight & Strategic Growth Full P&L ownership and financial accountability for the branch

Track budgets, revenue, and profitability metrics

Contribute to company-wide strategic initiatives and reporting

Identify and implement process improvements

Ideal Candidate Profile

Minimum 5 years in a leadership role within the landscape or commercial services industry

Proven track record managing teams and operations with limited oversight

Strong financial acumen and ability to manage P&L

Strategic mindset with the ability to drive growth and process improvements

Familiarity with Aspire or similar landscape business management software is preferred

Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
