Scope of Work: Develop, direct, and implement a comprehensive enrollment management strategy focused on recruitment, admissions, and leading an enrollment operation that is collaborative, transparent, forward-thinking, and data informed. Reports to the President of Lakes Region Community College. Manage the daily functions and operations of Enrollment Services, including developing and implementing processes that provide holistic and seamless student service while managing a caseload of applicants. Maintain and analyze enrollment data to assess the success of recruitment strategies, increase enrollment, and improve yield; use enrollment data to develop and modify operating processes at all stages of the enrollment funnel. Develop and implement an annual recruitment plan aligned with the college’s strategic plan and available enrollment data. Create and manage a holistic and effective communication campaign for inquiries, prospective students, new accepts, and current students. Keep campus leadership current with the health of the enrollment cycle by analyzing enrollment data and adjusting processes accordingly. Participate in a new student onboarding process with emphasis on a seamless enrollment experience and student success. Collaborate with the Marketing Coordinator to plan strategic marketing campaigns and create promotional materials aimed at increasing enrollment. Support and staff a welcome center providing support to the public via phone, email and walk-in traffic. Supervise the Enrollment Services staff and administer personnel matters including communicating job expectations, monitoring and appraising performance, and overseeing time and attendance. Develop and oversee the department’s budget. Assist in the development of enrollment projections for the College. Identify enrollment trends in collaboration with Academic departments. Work with offices integral to enrollment management, including Academic and Student Affairs, Bursar, Financial Aid, and the Registrar. Remain current on enrollment trends and practices, and participate in professional development opportunities as appropriate. Comply with all system, college, state and federal rules and regulations. Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications

Education: Master\'s degree from a recognized college or university with major study in education, education administration, business administration, counseling, or related field. Five (5) years of experience in undergraduate admissions and/or enrollment management with supervisory and/or program management experience. License/Certification: Valid driver\'s license or access to statewide transportation. Special Qualifications: Evening and weekend work required for participation in college events. Seniority level
