Solution Enterprise Architect with Mean Stack
We are looking for a highly experienced Enterprise Solution Architect who will lead, design, and deliver scalable, reliable, and high‑performance enterprise applications using MEAN / related technologies. The architect will bridge business problems and technical solutions, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, best practices, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Define, design, and drive architecture for enterprise‑level solutions using MEAN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular), and related front‑end technologies like React.js when needed. Translate business requirements into technical specifications, solution designs, and architectural roadmaps. Lead the definition of system components: front‑end, back‑end, APIs, database models, integrations, microservices, etc. Ensure architectures are scalable, maintainable, secure, and high performing. Establish architectural standards, coding standards, best practices, and design patterns for development teams. Review and approve system/component design documents, feature designs, and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture. Collaborate with DevOps / Infrastructure / Security teams to integrate non‑functional requirements (e.g., scalability, observability, reliability, security, disaster recovery). Perform risk assessment, trade‑off analysis (cost, performance, maintainability, time to market) for proposed solutions. Stay up to date with emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry trends; evaluate tools and technology stack improvements. Participate in stakeholder discussions (including product, business, operations) to ensure solutions meet business goals and user needs. Required Skills & Experience Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related field. 10+ years
of experience in software development / as a technical architect, with at least
5‑7 years
in solution / enterprise architecture roles. Deep hands‑on experience with
MEAN stack
(MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js). Proficiency with
React.js
is also a plus (for front‑end flexibility or hybrid UI approaches). Solid understanding of NoSQL & SQL databases; experience in data modeling, query optimization, indexing, schema design for high performance. Expertise in designing scalable APIs, microservices, RESTful services; strong understanding of integration patterns. Good experience with front‑end architecture (Angular components, state management, performance / rendering optimization). Experience in defining modular, maintainable code architecture, separation of concerns, reusable components. Working knowledge of DevOps practices: CI/CD, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), infrastructure as code, cloud (AWS / Azure / GCP) deployments. Security best practices: authentication/authorization (OAuth, JWT etc.), data protection, secure coding. Strong communication & interpersonal skills; ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Proven leadership / mentoring ability; experience leading teams or guiding multiple projects.
