Information Technology Project Manager - Supply Chain
Our client is looking for a
Senior IT Project Manager
to support their
Supply Chain
initiatives. Location:
This role is 100% remote, but candidates are local to the EST time zone. Compensation:
$70/hour W2 This role is not open on C2C or to third parties. Responsibilities
Lead complex, high-visibility projects within our largest portfolios: Supply Chain and Operations, focusing on enhancing and optimizing supply chain and product fulfillment processes. Manage initiatives related to lot control, including defining and implementing solutions for grouping, storage, quality control, and shipment of inventory lots to ensure product integrity and traceability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve defined results within time, budget, and scope for medium-to-high complexity projects. Proactively manage stakeholder priorities. Develop project plans, manage resources and vendors, and track milestones. Communicate project status and risks to all stakeholders. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, MIS, or related field. PMP certification is required. 6+ years of IT/business project management experience. Experience as a project manager focused on Supply Chain initiatives (order, fulfillment, etc.). Experience with systems such as Oracle EBS, GAINSystems, or Softeon is preferred. Proven ability to influence and manage project teams without direct reporting relationships. Experience with SDLC projects using iterative methodologies is preferred. Strong analytical skills for budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and reporting. Comfortable in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and able to act autonomously. Exceptional oral and written communication, negotiation, and influencing skills. High-level understanding of IT infrastructure and application architectures.
