12 months with possibility of extension About the job: As a SAP Solutions Lead for the Finance workstream, you will be a key driver in a large-scale SAP transformation program for a leading company in the energy sector. You will oversee the end-to-end delivery of high-quality, SAP-enabled solutions, ensuring they align with business requirements and architectural standards. This role requires a blend of deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and strong collaboration skills to guide our system integrator partners and internal teams through a complex implementation journey. Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance/Accounting, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. 10 years of experience delivering large-scale SAP Finance transformation programs in SAP S/4HANA. Expert-level skill set in end-to-end Finance business processes supported by SAP FI/CO/TR/PS. Cross-functional knowledge of SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) and Materials Management (MM) or Plant Maintenance (PM). Experience with ABAP programming for RICEFW objects in SAP ECC. Preferred Qualifications:
SAP S/4HANA certification. Experience with Bluefield SAP implementations, particularly with SAP RISE in a private cloud environment using a hybrid Agile methodology. Implementation experience or functional knowledge of three or more of the following: Blackline, Icertis, OneSource, Open Text VIM, Power Plan, Taulia, Tagetik, UI Planner, or Utegration Finance4U. Experience in SAP BTP, Cloud ABAP programming in S/4, and Fiori application development. Working knowledge of SAP BW4HANA, Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), or other enterprise analytics tools. Familiarity with SAP Cloud ALM, SAP Signavio, and job scheduling applications such as Redwood. Experience in the utility, energy, or other asset-intensive industries. Additional Information
