Act as the liaison between Sales, Product, Marketing and Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) customers to identify and remove roadblocks early in the sales process. Manage customer pilots, prospect demonstrations and POCs, including hands-on installation and configuration of Egnyte and third-party products. Develop deep knowledge of the Egnyte platform, competition, integrations and our customers within the AEC industry. Be the technical lead in customer engagements in partnership with the sales team to gain technical fit through a consultative sales approach. Proactively identify and address customers’ technical needs and objections to drive sales. Prepare and deliver technical presentations and solution proposals by mapping client business requirements to effective technical solutions, focusing on Egnyte products and services. Maintain high-level knowledge of competitors’ strengths and weaknesses and strategize on countering them. Maintain deep knowledge of all Egnyte products/services, competitive product lines and platform integrations through self-education and enablement resources. Perform technical benefits assessments by understanding customers’ environments. Lead RFI, RFP and Security Questionnaire response processes. Travel to customer sites, Egnyte internal meetings and industry events as needed. Your qualifications

5+ years of experience working with or selling AEC industry-specific solutions (Autodesk, Bentley, Bluebeam, Procore, etc.) and interfacing with digital construction during design, construction and handover activities. Strong understanding of the AEC industry and collaboration solutions. Curiosity about technology and a passion to learn and share with peers and customers. Ability to work with all levels of customer roles up to CIO, CTO and CISO. Broad knowledge of SaaS platforms. Strong people orientation with the ability to listen, collaborate and resolve issues to achieve customer satisfaction. Ability to work in a highly collaborative team environment. Strong presentation skills and ability to sell effectively to mixed technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to quickly assess critical elements of a situation and decide and execute appropriate actions. Experience with process-centric solution selling (consultative or value-selling). Appreciation of and experience with the entire sales cycle including pre-sales, deployment, customer success and retention is preferred. Bonus: Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, Architectural Engineering or similar field. Compensation

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across multiple U.S. locations; the standard base pay range for this position across the U.S. is $120k - $140k annually. Pay varies by work location and may depend on job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
