Develop, organize, and execute monthly trainings at various global locations, including hospitals Collaborate with the sales training team to implement annual and quarterly sales training strategies Serve as a subject matter expert during interactions with sales representatives, physicians, and administrators Support the execution of training programs and track their effectiveness through metrics Create and manage online content strategy across multiple learning platforms What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s Degree Minimum of 7+ years of experience in training, sales, sales support, or marketing (5 years with an Advanced Degree) Proficient in presenting and leading large group training sessions Experience in developing medical or science-based training content Strong skills in editing and formatting training materials How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
