Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced

Conversion Lead

to drive end-to-end data migration activities for Oracle Cloud implementations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in

FBDI/ADFdi

and Oracle data migration tools, along with deep knowledge of

master and transactional data

across Finance modules. This role requires strong leadership, technical acumen, and the ability to ensure seamless data conversions with high accuracy and integrity. Key Responsibilities:

Lead the

data conversion strategy and execution

for Oracle Cloud implementations, ensuring alignment with project timelines and business requirements. Oversee

end-to-end migration processes , including data extraction, transformation, loading, and validation. Utilize

FBDI, ADFdi, and other Oracle data migration tools

to manage and execute conversion tasks. Ensure the accuracy and completeness of

master and transactional data

across Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, etc.). Perform detailed

reconciliations and validations

to confirm data integrity post-migration. Collaborate with

functional and technical teams

to address data issues, manage dependencies, and support smooth cutovers. Develop and maintain

conversion documentation , data mapping templates, and reconciliation reports. Provide guidance and training to team members on conversion best practices. Qualifications:

Proven experience in

leading data conversions

for Oracle Cloud (ERP/EPM) implementations. Expertise in

FBDI, ADFdi , and other Oracle data migration tools. Strong knowledge of

master and transactional data

across Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM). Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Prior experience in at least

[X] end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementations

(preferred). Skills & Competencies:

Strong project management and leadership abilities to manage multiple conversion tracks. Excellent skills in

data reconciliation, validation, and integrity checks . Ability to coordinate effectively with

cross-functional teams

(Finance, Technical, and Business). Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to work in high-pressure environments with tight cutover schedules.
