Provide subject matter expertise and end-user training for Oracle PPM functionality and data-related capabilities. Identify opportunities to automate processes and enhance project reporting, budgeting, and cost control. Required Qualifications: 4+ years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM modules (Project Costing, Billing, Grants, Enterprise Contracts, etc.). Proven leadership in at least 4 full-cycle Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM implementations, including global rollouts. Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills for data validation, reconciliation, and transformation. Experience with ERP data migration from legacy systems to Oracle Cloud, including reconciliation and validation. Familiarity with Oracle ERP table structures, APIs, FBDI/ADFDI templates, and custom reporting datasets. Deep understanding of data integrity, referential constraints, and business rule enforcement. Proficiency in OTBI, FRS, Smart View, and Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) or similar ETL tools. Ability to troubleshoot across technical (data, integration, reporting) and functional (process, configuration) layers. Strong experience with SIT, UAT, regression testing, and post-patch validations. Preferred Qualifications: Oracle Certified Implementation Specialist – Oracle Cloud PPM or Financials. Exposure to additional Oracle Fusion modules such as AP, AR, GL, or Procurement. Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or similar middleware for real-time integrations.
