As a

Security Professional - Hospital Vaccine Patrol

in

Memphis, TN , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. You will monitor and patrol assigned hospital areas to help create a secure environment for staff, patients, and visitors. This position requires driving responsibilities as part of patrol duties.

What You’ll Do Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education

Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams

Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service

Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities Provide customer service to clients, patients, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies within a healthcare environment.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, utilizing de-escalation techniques when appropriate.

Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the healthcare facility and its perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.

Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas to deter unauthorized access and maintain a secure environment.

Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and activities according to established procedures.

Support emergency response activities as directed, including assisting with evacuations and/or other protocols as needed.

Work collaboratively with facility staff and law enforcement or emergency personnel as required by the situation.

What We’re Looking For Availability across various days and shifts

Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments

A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements Must be at least 21 years of age

Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and provide proof of completion as required by the client

Must be able to provide proof of all required vaccines for hospital work

Must be able to work in hospital environments including morgue areas as required by the client

Must be able to safely restrain individuals as required in hospital settings

A valid driver’s license is required and candidates must meet Allied Universal’s driver policy requirements for driving positions only

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
