Responsibilities

Communicate directly with customers to resolve quality issues.

Administer all aspects of Customer Returns, including issuing RMAs, processing RMAs, and following up until closed.

Respond to Customer Corrective Action requests by investigating root cause and implementing mistake-proof corrective actions.

Respond to customer complaints in a timely manner via emails and phone calls.

Analyze data to identify and monitor trends.

Prepare reports using analytical tools, problem-solving techniques, and fact-based information.

Collaborate with Planning Engineering on customer quality requirements to ensure proper flow-down of information on shop travelers and improvements to shop flow communications.

Coordinate with all levels of the organization to ensure quality requirements are met, including consistent shop traveler language.

Follow through on tasks and action items until closure.

Communicate regularly with Managers, Supervisors, and Process Engineers to suggest and implement procedural changes; maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment; communicate safety hazards and issues to Supervisors.

Travel as necessary to customer and/or supplier locations.

Supervise the Quality team and other departments as needed.

Essential Knowledge and Skills

Ability to work with diverse groups and cross-functional Manufacturing & Quality teams.

Strong problem-solving, verbal and written communication, leadership, and timely project completion skills.

Strong work ethic, commitment to excellence and professionalism.

Compliance with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC.

Good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to multitask.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Outlook) and the ability to create spreadsheets, charts, and graphs.

Ability to read blueprints and understand specifications and procedures.

Ability to work up to 10+ hours per day, 5 days a week, with flexibility for additional hours as needed.

Education and Experience

B.S. degree or equivalent in a technical field; or 4+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.

At least 3 years of experience in Printed Circuit Board Manufacturing preferred.

Due to ITAR requirements, applicants must be a U.S. citizen.

Export Statement Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC. Reinforce to all employees the commitment to abide by US Export laws and regulations. Understand and follow authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL). Support Export Compliance Officers and others in ensuring compliance, provide training, and support audits. Provide feedback to the Corporate Export Compliance Office for continuous improvement of procedures and the Export Compliance program.

Benefits are available on the 1st of the month following date of hire. For some positions, only PTO and holiday benefits are offered.

Compensation ranges for roles at TTM Technologies vary based on factors such as skill set, experience and training, certifications, and business needs. A reasonable estimate of the current range is: $90,887 - $159,837. Additional compensation may include an annual or quarterly company bonus, and shift differentials may apply for alternative shifts.

Export Statement: Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC, including but not limited to: identifying ITAR products on the floor and restricting access to US Citizens/US Permanent Residents; recognizing foreign visitors by badge differentiation; following authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities; understanding ITAR/Export requirements for shipments leaving the US; and managing vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.
