The Quality Manager handles customer quality issues including Customer Returns (RMAs), Customer Corrective Actions (SCARs), and customer complaints as they relate to the quality of parts and paperwork. The role works with all levels in the organization to implement improvements to strengthen overall quality results. Responsibilities

Communicates directly with customers to resolve quality issues. Administers all aspects of Customer Returns, including issuing RMAs, processing RMAs, and following up until closed. Responds to Customer Corrective Action requests by investigating root cause and implementing mistake-proof corrective actions. Responds to customer complaints (e.g., emails and phone calls) in a timely manner. Analyzes data to monitor trends. Prepares reports using analytical tools, problem-solving techniques, and factual information. Works with Planning Engineering on customer quality requirements to ensure proper flow-down of information on Shop Travelers and improvements to shop flow communications. Collaborates with all levels to communicate and ensure quality requirements are met, including ensuring consistent Shop Traveler language as needed. Follows through on tasks and action items until closed. Communicates regularly with Managers, Supervisors, and Process Engineers, suggesting procedural changes and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment; communicates safety hazards as needed. Travel as necessary to customer and/or supplier locations. Supervises the Quality team and other departments as needed. Essential Knowledge and Skills

Team skills to work with diverse groups and Manufacturing & Quality departments are essential. Ability to solve complex technical problems, communicate clearly in written and verbal forms, demonstrate leadership, and complete projects timely. Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence and professionalism. Compliance with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC. Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask. Strong mathematical, problem-solving, and computer skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, Access). Ability to create spreadsheets, charts, and graphs. Reads and understands blueprints, specifications, and procedures. Works up to 10+ hours a day, 5 days a week, with flexibility for additional hours as needed. Education and Experience

B.S. degree or equivalent in a technical field; in lieu of a degree, 4+ years of relevant experience. Minimum 3 years of experience in Printed Circuit Board Manufacturing preferred. Due to ITAR requirements, applicants must be a U.S. Citizen. Export and Compliance

Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC. Responsibilities include supporting export compliance, training, audits, and continuous improvement of procedures. Compensation and Benefits

Benefits typically start on the first of the month following date of hire. Some positions may offer PTO and holiday benefits only. Compensation ranges vary based on factors including skill sets, experience, training, certifications, and business needs. A current estimate is $90,887 - $159,837. Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly bonuses and shift premiums where applicable. Export Statement
