Senior Associate
with deep experience in capital markets, securities, and M&A transactions to join our high-caliber team. This is NOT the standard senior associate position; it’s a long-term opportunity for the right attorney to plant roots in a growing firm with a real vision. Our ideal candidate is: A self-starter with an entrepreneurial streak Personable, outgoing, and energized by building and deepening client relationships Motivated by the idea of ownership, autonomy, and long-term growth Driven by a founder’s mindset A relentless networker who is comfortable pitching to C-suite executives Eager to contribute to scaling the firm You bring: 6+ years of experience in capital markets, securities, and M&A transactions Excellent legal analysis, and drafting skills Confidence in managing client relationships and leading transactions A demonstrated interest or a proven track record of originating deals and growing revenue A desire for mentorship, growth, and long-term career alignment A drive to originate and grow client relationships Ability and appreciation for integrating technology to more efficiently service clients and scale the firm Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage private and public securities offerings, M&A deals, and other sophisticated transactional work Provide counsel to clients on securities law compliance and corporate governance Draft and negotiate complex legal documents including purchase agreements, registration statements, and disclosure documents Supervise junior associates and collaborate across services Develop and expand client relationships, supported by the firm’s leadership Helping the firm scale on all levels Your Experience & Qualifications
JD from a top-tier law school Admission to the New York or New Jersey Bar Substantive experience in public/private equity offerings, 1933/1934 Act matters, and private M&A Business-savvy mindset with attention to both legal detail and client goals Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities Track record of initiative and follow-through in fast-paced environments Compensation & Structure
Bonus Structure: 65% of revenue you originate & bill yourself 35% of revenue you originate but refer internally 50% of revenue referred to you by other Partners Your base salary acts as a draw—once you exceed your base through origination and billing, the remaining amount is paid out as your bonus. There’s no cap, so the more you originate and bill, the more you take home. Additionally, once you've demonstrated the ability to consistently originate $1M+ annually, you’ll be eligible for equity partnership, with a transparent, well-defined path. Additional Details
