Numerical Control Programmer - Structures (Associate, Mid-level, Senior)

Boeing Commercial Airplanes is looking to hire an Associate, Mid-Level, or Senior Numerical Control Programmer to support Robotics and Structures Assembly in Everett, WA. This role will require individuals that are capable of adapting to a dynamic team with critical deliverables and urgent factory support. They will need to have the ability to collaborate with others while keeping a “think outside the box” mindset. This position will support multiple types of work centers processing materials such as composite, aluminum, and hard metals using a variety of controls such as FANUC, and Siemens. Completion of a formal trade school or apprenticeship program in machine tool technology is a plus, and ideal candidates will have experience working with a diverse team and the ability to handle a product line from concept to programming and troubleshooting. Primary Responsibilities:

Develops, implements and maintains various Machine Control Data (MCD), geometry and documentation that directs the operations for a spectrum of numerically controlled equipment required to manufacture and inspect parts, tools and assemblies. Provides machine operator instructions and documentation for automated or numerically controlled equipment per established process. Establishes technical requirements for manufacturing and producibility. Plans and guides the development and integration of new machining techniques and manufacturing methods, processes, software and equipment. Assists in numerous tasks related to numerical controlled manufacturing, including research and data collection to support cross functional teams, establishing technical requirements for manufacturing and producibility and planning the integration of new machining techniques and manufacturing methods, processes, software and equipment. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):

1 or more years experience with CNC programming on multi-axis machining centers or direct experience as an operator with shop floor programming skills. Experience with robot motion and programming methods Experience in CAD/CAM software Preferred qualifications:

3 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience 5 or more years experience with CNC programming on multi-axis machining centers or direct experience as an operator with shop floor programming skills. 5 or more years of experience in CAD/CAM software (preferred CATIA, Simulation, Robot Studio, CENIT, etc. ) 5 or more years of experience in Machine Modeling and Simulations Experience laying out a robot cell and performing a reach/access assessment Experience performing offline programming, simulate, and generate programs for point, point-to-point, curve and surface based trajectories Experience assessing producibility of parts, assemblies and tools Boeing is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Summary pay range for Associate (Level 2): $72,250 - $97,750 Summary pay range for Mid-Level (Level 3): $90,950 - $123,050 Summary pay range for Senior (Level 4): $108,800 - $147,200
