Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a
Principal Systems Engineer/Sr. Principal Systems Engineer
for the Sentinel program. This opening is in
Roy, UT, Huntsville, AL or Colorado Springs, or Bellevue, NE
and will support the Sentinel Program. Northrop Grumman supports the Air Force’s sustainment, development, production and deployment of hardware and system modifications for Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) Ground and Airborne Launch Control Systems, Launch Facilities, and associated infrastructure. What You Will Get To Do: The selected Principal Systems Engineer/Sr. Principal Systems Engineer will join the team supporting activities including use case development, requirements definition / allocation, functional decomposition, interface definition, verification & validation, and requirements traceability. Specific duties include, but are not limited to: Collaborate with program IPT counterparts to develop supporting systems engineering and design artifacts. Work with technical teams and stakeholders to develop and mature architecture content of large programs design. Help develop and incorporate the appropriate requirements for the system and ensure that they are properly represented in the model. Develop systems architecture using Cameo Enterprise Architecture (behavioral, structural, analytical). Contribute to system requirements development, management, and analysis. Develop unifying model techniques, procedures, and processes (for model development, tool integration, and team integration). Basic Qualifications
Principal Systems Engineer - BS degree in STEM with 5 years of related systems engineering experience; 3 years with a Master’s; 1 year with a PhD Must be a US Citizen with an active DoD Secret Clearance with an investigation date within the last 6 years Must be able to be successfully screened for Enhanced Security Clearances, within a reasonable amount of time as determined by the company to meet its business needs 1+ years of experience with requirements management/analysis/allocations OR Equivalent Graduate Certificate (e.g., CalTech SE Fundamentals) 1+ years of experience with Model-Based Engineering / MBSE practices, tools such as Cameo, Rhapsody or MagicDRAW OR Equivalent Graduate Certificate (e.g., CalTech MBSE) 1+ years of experience with one or more of the following: C2, physical security, cybersecurity, NC3 systems/processes, communications systems, facility design, military aerospace development Sr. Principal Systems Engineer - BS degree in STEM with 8 Years of related systems engineering experience; 6 Years with a Master’s; 4 Years with a PhD Must be a US Citizen with an active DoD Secret Clearance with an investigation date within the last 6 years Must be able to be successfully screened for Enhanced Security Clearances, within a reasonable amount of time as determined by the company to meet its business needs 2+ years of experience with requirements management/analysis/allocations 2+ years of experience with MBSE practices, languages and/or tools such as Cameo, Rhapsody or MagicDRAW 2+ years of experience with one or more of the following: C2, physical security, cybersecurity, NC3 systems/processes, communications systems, facility design, military aerospace development Preferred Qualifications

$95,300.00 - $158,000.00 ; Secondary
$118,600.00 - $196,700.00 . The range represents a general guideline; final offers consider factors such as scope, experience, and market conditions.
