Technology Development Program (TECDP) is a two-year immersive experience designed to build deep technical expertise and a holistic understanding of how technology fuels transformation across the healthcare ecosystem. Associates join a technical track aligned to their interests and career goals, gaining hands-on experience, expanding their technical acumen, and collaborating across disciplines to solve real-world challenges in healthcare. The Data & Analytics Engineering Technology Track Data & Analytics Engineers turn complex data into actionable insights that improve health outcomes. You’ll design scalable pipelines, model data for clarity, and apply advanced analytics to solve real-world problems. Working with big data tools, cloud platforms, and predictive models, you’ll help shape smarter decisions across the business. What You’ll Do

Meaningful Role Work: Contribute to the design, development, and optimization of data pipelines, platforms, and analytical tools; transform raw data into actionable insights and support data-informed decision-making across The Cigna Group. Learning From Others: Engage with peers, mentors, and cross-functional partners through community-building activities and collaborative initiatives. Formal Education and Curriculum: Participate in structured learning through core and track-specific curriculum, including technical training and leadership development. Community Building: Build relationships through networking, mentorship, and cross-functional collaboration. Qualifications

We’re seeking AI-native technologists with a passion for data and analytics engineering, capable of designing scalable data solutions and enabling smarter decision-making. Open to recent graduates or early-career professionals transitioning from academia. Education:

Full-time candidates must have completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical field. Preferred degrees include Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence. Other degrees considered with relevant coding experience (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Robotics, Healthcare Analytics, or Bioinformatics). Technological Proficiencies:

Python, SQL, R, JavaScript, React, Power BI, AWS, Tableau, and related tools; experience with prompt engineering is a plus. AI-Native Mindset:

Ability to incorporate AI tools and techniques into data workflows to accelerate analysis and improve outcomes. Experience:

Academic coursework, projects, research, or internships demonstrating data modeling, analytics, machine learning, or business intelligence. Well-Roundedness:

Leadership or involvement in student organizations, analytics clubs, or technical competitions. Desired Skills & Competencies

Location: Hybrid position out of Bloomfield, CT; Morris Plains, NJ; St. Louis, MO; or Bloomington, MN. In-office presence is expected at least 3 days per week with some flexibility for remote work. Schedule: Available to work a 40-hour week starting July 13, 2026 (Monday – Friday). Work Authorization: Eligible to work in the United States without visa support (H-1B, CPT/OPT/STEM OPT, etc., not required now or in the future). Timeline: Recruiter phone screen followed by up to two interview rounds. Application window closes mid-October 2025 or when roles are filled.
