Technology Development Program (TECDP) - Cyber Security Track - Start Date: July 13, 2026 (Finance) Technology Development Program (TECDP) is a two-year immersive experience designed to build deep technical expertise and a holistic understanding of how technology fuels transformation across the healthcare ecosystem. Associates join a technical track aligned to their interests and career goals, gaining hands-on experience, expanding their technical acumen, and collaborating across disciplines to solve real-world challenges in healthcare. This role is a full-time associate position. The Cyber Security Track Uncover Threats. Protect Millions. Cybersecurity is about more than defense—it's about investigation, innovation, and impact. Youll analyze threat patterns, respond to incidents, and secure critical systems that protect sensitive health data. From ethical hacking to cloud security, youll be part of a team solving complex challenges that matter. What you’ll do
Meaningful Role Work:
Work within Cyber Security across both technical and investigative teams. Contribute to threat detection, incident response, vulnerability management, and risk mitigation efforts that protect sensitive healthcare data and critical infrastructure. You may analyze activity in a Security Operations Center (SOC), conduct forensic investigations, or engineer secure systems to solve real-world challenges. Learning From Others:
Engage with peers, mentors, and cross-functional partners through community-building activities and collaborative initiatives. Support recruiting efforts, drive innovation, promote community, and enhance onboarding experiences while learning by doing. Formal Education and Curriculum:
Participate in structured learning through core and track-specific curriculum, including technical training, leadership development, and business exposure to support growth as a well-rounded technologist. Community Building:
Build meaningful relationships across the organization through networking, mentorship, and cross-functional collaboration. Qualifications
We are seeking well-rounded, security-minded technologists who are excited to apply their academic knowledge to real-world challenges and protect data, investigate threats, and engineer resilient systems. Ideal qualifications include: Education:
Full-time candidates must have completed a bachelor's or master's degree in a technical program at the time of hire. Preferred degrees include Cyber Security, Information Security, Computer Science, and Information Technology. Other degrees may be considered with clear exposure to Cyber Security. Technological Proficiencies:
Technical Roles:
Familiarity with network and cloud security, application security, identity and access management (IAM), and secure system design. Investigative Roles:
Exposure to threat intelligence, incident response, digital forensics, security operations (SOC), risk analysis, governance, risk & compliance (GRC), and vulnerability management.
Courses & Experiences:
Coursework, research, or internships demonstrating technical capabilities in Cyber Security. Well Rounded:
Leadership or involvement in clubs, organizations, or technical competitions such as Capture the Flag (CTF), penetration testing, ethical hacking, cloud security challenges, digital forensics, or threat intelligence analysis. Desired Skills & Competencies

Location:
Hybrid position out of Bloomfield, CT or Bloomington, MN. In-person at least 3 days (Tuesday, Wednesday, and a third day of choice) with flexibility for remote work. Schedule:
40-hour work week beginning July 13, 2026; Monday–Friday hours. Work Authorization:
Open to individuals eligible for employment in the United States who do not require visa support now or in the future. Timeline:
Recruiter phone screen followed by up to two interview rounds. Final in-person interviews; travel to offices as needed. Application window expected to close by mid-October 2025 or once roles are filled. Compensation:
Base salary anticipated at $86,000 for bachelor’s degree candidates and $100,000 for master's degree candidates, plus benefits. An additional salary range of $70,300 - $117,100 yearly may apply based on experience and location. Eligible for annual bonus. If you will be working from home occasionally or permanently, internet connection must be through a cable broadband or fiber optic provider with speeds of at least 10 Mbps download/5 Mbps upload.
