Develop and administer security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment. Provide leadership, guidance, and professional development for a team of security professionals, fostering a cohesive, collaborative environment that encourages diversity and innovation. Identify and fulfill individual team member roles and responsibilities while supporting professional development and growth opportunities. Interface with government, corporate, and business area leadership on security matters involving employees, programs, facilities, and operations, balancing compliance with customer service. Ensure adherence to policies and procedures of the 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM), DoD Manuals, and other applicable government or contractual regulatory guidance. Lead internal security audits and prepare reports with preventive and mitigating actions. Oversee local implementation and participate in enterprise processes including classified programs, security education/training/awareness, workplace violence prevention, security investigations/insider threat, and contingency planning with crisis management and business resiliency. Collaborate across levels of Security organization to achieve high operational efficiency and milestone delivery. Provide management oversight of a security budget within an established target. This position is a 1st shift, 9/80 work schedule with every other Friday off. We offer learning opportunities, exposure to diverse projects and customers, and a collaborative team environment. Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree AND 8+ years of security experience in Aircraft, Aerospace, Manufacturing, or Military-related fields OR Master’s Degree AND 6+ years of security experience OR High School Diploma AND 12+ years of security experience in these fields. Minimum of 4 years of management, supervision, or other demonstrated leadership experience. Active DoD Secret Clearance that is in-scope and granted or renewed in the last 5 years and the ability to obtain special program access. Preferred Qualifications

Top Secret Clearance Knowledge of NISPOM, DoD Manuals, and other US Government security manuals. Ability to execute security and program management concepts. Experience managing multiple functional teams across the program enterprise. Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills for working with team members, colleagues, and government officials. Ability to work in a team with minimal oversight and strong interpersonal leadership. Salary and Benefits

Primary Level Salary Range: $154,600.00 - $231,800.00. Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers, including scope and responsibilities, candidate experience, education, skills, and market conditions. Eligible for overtime, shift differential, and discretionary bonuses depending on the position. Employees in Vice President or Director roles may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. Benefits include health insurance, life and disability insurance, savings plan, holidays, and PTO.
