Architecture Designer

to join our dynamic

San Jose studio . You’ll be part of a culture that values deep collaboration, technical excellence, and continual growth. Examples of projects completed by our San Jose studio include Agnews Campus, Tide Academy and Santa Clara Square. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across our studios in California and Texas—and help bring high-performance, community-first design to life. What You'll Do Participate in the integrated design process with other disciplines at LPA. Assist Design Coordinators and Project Leaders in the execution of specific assignments. Prepare presentations and documentation for schematic design, design development, and construction documents. Assist in research for product and construction methods related to projects. Review and process construction administration documents. Attend construction meetings and field visits to further understand detailing and coordination. Required What We're Looking For: Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture or a related field. 2-5 years of experience in all phases of architecture projects. Enthusiastic commitment to the multidisciplinary design process and team environment. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Commitment to building a long-term professional career Preferred Experience in Revit, Rhino and Adobe Creative Suite.
