On-Site Technical Support role with EY. The position focuses on keeping IT operations running smoothly and providing customers with the support they need to effectively utilize technology in their day-to-day work.

Overview As an On-Site Technician, you will support audio-visual systems, enterprise collaboration tools, and general IT infrastructure at client locations. This role may involve on-site and remote assistance, with occasional travel to other EY locations or client sites.

Responsibilities

Audio Visual: Microsoft Surface Hubs configuration (display, audio, network), resetting or reconfiguring devices when necessary.

Crestron: Diagnose and resolve network connectivity, audio, and video issues; ensure devices are connected and communicating on the network.

Microsoft Teams Rooms: Diagnose and resolve connectivity issues, troubleshoot the user interface, touch panel responsiveness, and meeting controls; ensure proper display of meeting information and controls.

Support technologies: Condeco, Barco Click Share, Pano, Polycom, Cisco, and general AV equipment (speakers, cameras, monitors/kiosks).

Technical responsibilities: provide on-site support to customers within coverage locations (on-site, client engagement, or off-site).

Troubleshooting and problem solving: PC, Mac, applications, AV, and network connectivity issues.

ServiceNow ticket management with prioritization and awareness of SLAs.

Support Microsoft Windows and macOS operating systems.

Office applications: Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Office 365.

Asset management: shipping, receiving, tracking, and lifecycle management of hardware assets.

Printer support: installation, configuration, relocation, and troubleshooting.

Event and meeting support (onsite or off-site).

Occasional travel to support other EY locations or client sites.

Remote hands support guided by the network operations team (checking ports, tracing cables, rebooting devices, upgrading firmware).

Occasional after-hours support may be required.

Experience and Qualifications

2+ years of on-site technical support experience, or degree in a related discipline

Compensation Base pay range: $35.00/hr - $38.00/hr
