DevOps Engineer, CyberSecurity Sr. Associate at RSM US LLP. Join to apply for this role and contribute to cloud transformation, automation, and CI/CD enablement for RSM clients. You will design and implement scalable DevOps pipelines, cloud infrastructure automation, and SRE best practices to optimize application delivery and performance. This is a client-facing role working with cross-functional teams across industries. Responsibilities

Work independently as well as with large project teams delivering value to RSM clients Collaborate with distributed development and technology implementation teams; build and run technology products, solutions, and capabilities Understand and apply Agile Delivery methods and approaches Assist clients with solving complex technology problems Perform hands-on development and configuration to design, develop, and implement cloud capabilities for clients Develop “as-code” cloud transformation accelerators for use on client engagements Understand business and technology risk and apply risk reduction techniques Grow marketplace skills in areas such as Cloud Engineering, Cloud Security, DevSecOps, Cloud FinOps, Cloud Migration, AI Development and Risk Management, Data Protection, Identity Management Research and address complex technology and security challenges Support Cloud Transformation Leaders in developing their strategies and driving success in programs Qualifications

Basic Qualifications (Sr. Associate)

Personable, problem-solving oriented thinker who can develop a plan to solve a given challenge Proactive Doer/Driver who conducts technical research, develops plans, and presents recommendations Ability to convey technical information clearly to all levels of technical aptitude Minimum B.A. or B.S. degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems Management, Information Security or similar Technical background in computer science or related fields High level of integrity and ability to adhere to policies and best practices Experience

4-6+ years in areas including cloud engineering on AWS, Azure, GCP, and other cloud IaaS/SaaS Hands-on cloud engineering and architecture across cloud technologies and transformation initiatives Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Policy as Code (PaC), and cloud automation Ability to design, implement, and support enterprise cloud solutions; mentor clients through the cloud journey Experience working in integrated squads of consultants and cloud engineers Development of internal solution summaries, accelerator tool kits, and demonstration scenarios Collaborating effectively with consultants in other regions and practices Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s or graduate degree with 2-4 years of related experience Proficiency with AWS, GCP, and Azure Experience delivering at-scale cloud and hybrid architectures Ability to automate end-to-end in a cloud environment Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices Experience with private, public, and hybrid cloud deployments Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Policy as Code (PaC) experience Proficiency in Terraform and CSP native IaC languages (CloudFormation, ARM, Bicep) Proficiency in programming languages (Python, Java, PowerShell, C#, .NET, Bash, Go) or equivalents Knowledge of networking, security principles, and DevSecOps best practices Effective written and verbal communication; ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels Experience guiding clients in cloud-native, serverless, and containerized architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) Experience with product management or agile delivery Curiosity about technology; ability to self-educate with leadership support Preferred Qualifications

Landing Zone Development and Deployment Cloud Managed Service Development and Delivery Experience with SIEM and SOC operations (e.g., Microsoft Sentinel and Purview) Experience with technology assessments, gap analyses, audits, and recommendations Cloud Security and Cloud FinOps approaches and tooling Cloud security frameworks and benchmarks (CSA CCM, NIST 800-53, CMMC, CIS, etc.) Certifications such as AWS/Azure/Google cloud architect roles Proficiency with security services (IAM, Key Vault, etc.) Cloud FinOps with cost management tooling Experience with logging/monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, ELK, Splunk) GenAI infrastructure platform design and development DevOps tooling (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or equivalents) Experience with CSP container registries and orchestration services (Kubernetes, Docker, ECR/ECS/EKS, AKS, etc.) Minimum 3.0 GPA in technical coursework Compensation & Benefits

Compensation Range: $85,100 - $161,700. Individuals selected for this role are eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
