Technical Administrative Support Specialist
The Technical Administrative Support Specialist provides full-time administrative and technical support for a federal facilities program. Based in Seattle, WA, this role also supports teams in Kansas City, MO, and Silver Spring, MD. Responsibilities include managing office operations, preparing correspondence and reports, maintaining project documentation, coordinating meetings and events, and supporting data reporting functions. This position is essential to ensuring effective office coordination, compliance with federal standards, and timely delivery of project information.
Responsibilities
Manage office operations and coordinate meetings and events.
Prepare correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
Maintain paper and electronic project office files.
Track action items and support meeting coordination.
Prepare monthly reports and process administrative documents (mail, submittals, modifications, travel reimbursements).
Ensure organization and attention to detail; maintain calendar and scheduling.
Required Experience & Skills
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, Project).
Experience preparing correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
Ability to manage both paper and electronic project office files.
Strong calendar management, item tracking, and meeting coordination skills.
Experience preparing monthly reports and processing administrative documentation (mail, submittals, modifications, travel reimbursements).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Experience & Skills
Prior experience supporting Federal programs.
Background in facilities or construction project support environments.
Familiarity with office compliance processes, including government formatting and correspondence standards.
Required Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Liberal Arts, or related field.
Minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher from an accredited institution.
Preferred Education
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
Professional certifications in administrative or project support functions.
Background screening and clearance may be required by government; telework arrangements are subject to change based on customer requirements.
