Use your expertise in health physics, physics, materials science or engineering to envision new applications for Thermo Fisher Scientific\'s passive and active dosimetry portfolios. Interact regularly with key opinion leaders to bring insight for device workflow optimization for existing customers. Explore and implement new use processes for emerging markets and applications. Contribute to the development and maintenance of product roadmaps by guiding application enhancements and driving device improvements to meet evolving customer needs. Conduct hands-on experimentation and data collection with our dosimetry devices to enable product development and assist with customer-specific requests. Serve as the technical liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring scientific accuracy and usability of solutions. How You Will Get There? Education/Experience Bachelors Degree plus 5+ years using analytical instrumentation, preferably dosimetry products with strong customer-facing technical support and problem solving skills. M.S. or Ph.D. in Physics, Materials Science, Chemical or Electrical Engineering (or related technical field) preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to produce professional and technically accurate documentation and training content. Strong analytical thinking, results-oriented, and ability to operate independently while balancing multiple priorities. Experience with product management and/or product support is a plus, especially in a regulated scientific or technical environment.
