The Project Engineer role supports the management and oversight of projects throughout Denver within CSI’s Multifamily Division, providing dedicated training and exposure to the delivery of large ground-up multifamily projects. There is a substantial backlog of projects in Colorado with clear opportunity for career advancement. Responsibilities
Support the management and oversight of projects in the Colorado multifamily division. Work within a close-knit project team and participate in training and exposure to large-scale ground-up multifamily project delivery. Administer project processes and documentation such as RFIs, submittals, change orders, and subcontractor management. Qualifications
Must have worked on at least one Ground-Up Multifamily project (Podium, Wrap, Garden Style). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proactive, accountable, self-motivated, and operate with integrity. Technically minded, process driven, and understanding of scopes/trades involved in multifamily construction. Experience with project administration tasks such as RFIs, Submittals, Change Orders, and Subcontractor management; comfortable overseeing these activities. Tech-savvy with ability to learn software; Procore and Bluebeam experience are desirable but not essential. Compensation and Benefits
Up to $100,000 base salary Annual bonus and project milestone bonuses 401(k) with 50% match on the employee’s first 4% contributed Medical, dental, and vision insurance (CSI covers 50% of premiums) PTO negotiable About Us
